What is JutawanBonda?
JutawanBonda is the official HQ website of the JRM Holistik network. Here you can verify stockists and distributors, read official safety notices, see events, and report fake sellers.
How do I know a distributor is authorised?
Open the Check Authorised Distributors page and type the distributor's ID, phone number, social media handle or name. You can also scan the QR code on the distributor's business card — official QR codes always open a page on JutawanBonda.com.
What does "No longer active" mean?
The person or account was previously registered but has left or been suspended. They are no longer part of the official network, so buy from a distributor who is still active.
A seller asked me to pay into a bank account. How do I check it?
Use the Check Payment Account tab and type the account number. If the answer is "not an official account", do not transfer money and contact HQ.
How do I report a fake seller?
Fill in the Report a Fake Seller form with the seller name, where you found them and evidence such as screenshots. HQ investigates every report before publishing a warning, and your details are not published.
Does JutawanBonda sell products?
No. JutawanBonda is the official verification website. JRM Holistik products are bought through the state stockists, outlets and authorised distributors listed in the directory.
I am a stockist. How do I update my stockist and distributor information?
Log in to the Stockist Portal. Every change is sent to HQ for approval before it appears. If your stockist website is integrated with JutawanBonda via API, distributor data is updated automatically.
